Our Return Policy

We're confident you'll love our Zippy Zips Adventure Suits, however, if something about them doesn't work out for you, we're happy to accept returns of items that are unwashed and in new condition. Plus, within the U.S., returning for store credit or exchanges is completely free!

All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of your order's delivery date.

  • Returned or exchanged items must be in new and unwashed condition.
  • Exchanges and returning for store credit will incur no additional charges.
  • Returns will incur a handling fee of 10% of the order value, and will be returned to the original payment method.

Please note: original shipping charges are not refunded.

Can I initiate a return more than 15 days after product delivery?

Returns must be initiated within 15 days of your product delivery date. If you need assistance outside of this timeframe, reach out and we'll see what we can do!

Can I exchange for another size or color?

Yes, exchanges for another size or color is free.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Zippy Zips will cover the cost of return shipping, but there will be a restocking fee equal to 10% of the final order value.

The 10% restocking fee is waived for exchanges and store credit returns.

Can I return used items?

Only unused, unwashed items may be returned for a refund or exchange.

How do I mail my exchange or return?

Initiate a return using the link above. After being processed by an associate you will receive a prepaid shipping label that you can print and affix to the original packaging to send the item back to us.

What if I receive a defective or damaged item?

Please use the link above to initiate a return and select "Damaged or Defective" as the return reason. An associate will reach out to you to make it right!
